Score the row before you save it. Give one point for each check you can answer clearly. A high score means “worth more research,” not “verified” or “safe to order.”

One point per clear answer

The seven-point Hegobuy spreadsheet checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
  • Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
  • Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds.
  • Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label.
  • I can explain why I would save this find.

If an answer depends on assumption, leave it unchecked. Missing evidence is useful information.

Interpret the total carefully

Score your row

6–7

Strong shortlist candidate. Continue checking the live destination.

4–5

Research more. Name the missing evidence before opening more tabs.

2–3

Weak row. Another candidate will probably be easier to understand.

0–1

Remove for now. The row is not doing useful research work.

Photos should answer category questions

QC photos by category

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both sides, toe shape, heel, sole, labels, pair consistency, and a useful size reference.

Hoodies and shirts

Check front, back, seams, cuffs, collar or hood, print or embroidery placement, and garment measurements.

Jackets

Include closure, pockets, lining, cuffs, collar, sleeve length, and any material or insulation detail that affects weight.

Pants and shorts

Look for waist, rise, inseam, leg opening, pockets, fabric, and measurements shown on the garment.

Bags

Check front, back, base, interior, hardware, closures, stitching, and dimensions. One close-up is not enough.

Watches and accessories

Use side profiles, fastening details, surface close-ups, stated dimensions, and an image that makes scale understandable.

Image clarity is not the same as product quality. Hegobuy QC photos and QC finder results can reduce uncertainty only when the images match the same item and show the details relevant to your decision.

Hypothetical example

A good row makes the next question obvious

6-point candidate

Bag row with useful coverage

The destination and category match. Dimensions, exterior, base, interior, closure, and hardware are visible. Price has comparable context. Packed weight is still missing, so that becomes the next question.

2-point candidate

Bag row with a polished thumbnail

The front image is clear, but scale, interior, closure, material, measurements, and current destination details are unclear. Popularity text adds no evidence.

One-sentence save rule

Save the row only if you can finish this sentence

“I am keeping this candidate because ________, and I still need to check ________.”

If the first blank can only be filled with “it looks popular” or “the number is low,” the row is not ready. If the second blank is empty, you may be treating incomplete evidence as certainty.

After the score

What to do next

Keep the strongest few candidates, verify the live destination, and compare the same missing field across them. If shipping weight could change the decision, read the weight guide before judging value. If links conflict with the row, pause and review the safety notes.
